11th March 2015 (Wednesday)
14h00: All players that have booked into hotels may check in
14h30 – 18h30: Registration takes place at KingsPark Outside Pool in Marquee, if registration has not been completed team will not be able to participate. Collection of goodie bags and meal tickets will take place here as well.
18h00 – 19h00: AGM for Board Members to be held in Boardroom in KingsPark facilities.
19h15 – 20h00:
- Official Opening, house rules, tournament rules etc. will be presented please make sure your players are present.
- 10/20 year Cozzy Awards
- Deceased members’ remembrance
- 20h00 – 23h00: Bar and Food is open for purchase.
